i've been taking 'mega men' for 3 weeks now, and as an extreme skeptic i can honestly say that i can feel it's benefits. for someone who's average nutritional intake consists of apple jacks and ramen, this sudden burst of vitamins has definitely helped my general day to day well being. i recommend it.
oh and also the show i produced, golden age, has been nominated for a GLADD media award!
